SHIPPING POLICY

At Get Ya Color On Studios, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. We use trusted shipping methods and carefully consider packaging to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY COSTS

You will be asked to select a shipping option at checkout.

Local Delivery (3-5) business days
Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days) - $7.50

*The above shipping rates & times may change slightly, based off the size of your order and the time of year.

ORDER & PROCESSING TIME

Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days. All items placed on weekends or holidays will be handled and processed the following business day.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O. BOXES

Please note that we are unable to modify addresses on orders that have already been processed, and we do NOT ship to P.O Boxes.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Get Ya Color On Studios with your tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly from the carrier's website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Get Ya Color On Studios. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process straightforward and stress-free for you.

We believe in fair and transparent policies, and our return & exchange policy reflects this principle. Here are a few things you should know:

ELIGIBILITY

Coloring books, stationary CAN be returned in original packaging for store credit, exchange or a full refund.
You must have purchased the item within 14 calendar days.
Returned items must be unused in its original condition.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. Damaged or abused products CANNOT be exchanged.
$7.50 mailing fee for all mailed returns.
Photos are required to be submitted with your refund request in order to be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source or begin exchange process within three to five business days after return of items.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE ELIGIBILITY PERIOD?

We can’t accept returns after 15 calendar days have passed. If you try to make a return, we’ll send it back to you, and you’ll need to pay for the delivery costs.

If your product meets the above eligibility requirements, you can receive your refund in one of the following options:

Original Payment
Store credit
Product exchange

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RETURN?

If it's an online order and your shipping the order back to us, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive your items. Once your items are received you will receive an email from Get Ya Color On stating that your refund is being processed.
